These Terms of Use and End User License Agreement (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of Vibe Focus Flow (the "App"). These Terms are between you and fc (the "Developer", "we", "us", or "our"), not Apple.
By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Vibe Focus Flow is a focus timer, ambient workspace, and productivity support tool. The App may include focus modes, timers, projects, history, statistics, themes, illustrations, background music, white noise, audio controls, settings, and other related features.
Some features may be available for free. Other features, content, or entitlements may require an active subscription or a separate in-app purchase.
Subject to these Terms and the applicable App Store rules, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the App on Apple-branded devices that you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial use.
The App is licensed, not sold. You do not acquire ownership of the App or of any themes, illustrations, audio, white noise, images, UI elements, text, designs, software, or other built-in resources provided in or through the App.
All rights in the App and its built-in content are owned by us or our licensors. This includes, without limitation, themes, theme packs, illustrations, images, background music, white noise, sound assets, interface design, text, icons, visual resources, and other app content.
You may use built-in content only as part of your normal use of the App. You may not extract, copy, redistribute, sell, resell, sublicense, publish, make available, modify, reverse engineer, or separately use any built-in themes, audio, white noise, images, illustrations, or other resources outside the App.
The App may offer optional paid features, subscriptions, lifetime unlocks, or other in-app purchases. Purchases and subscriptions are processed by Apple through the Apple App Store.
Subscription plans, prices, trial eligibility, renewal periods, and included features may be shown in the App or in the App Store purchase sheet before purchase. Taxes may apply according to Apple's rules and your region.
Auto-renewable subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel before the end of the current subscription period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID subscription settings. If your subscription ends, you may lose access to features or content that require an active subscription.
Refund requests and refund decisions are handled by Apple according to Apple's policies. We do not receive your payment card, bank account, or other payment method details.
The App may use StoreKit and RevenueCat to present products, process purchase flows, verify subscription status, validate Pro entitlements, listen for entitlement updates, and restore purchases. RevenueCat may be used to determine whether you have access to paid features or content.
