This Privacy Policy explains how Vibe Focus Flow (the "App", "we", "us", or "our") handles information when you use the App.

Vibe Focus Flow is designed as a local-first focus timer and ambient workspace. We try to collect as little information as possible. Most focus data is stored only on your device.

1. Information We Do Not Collect

We do not ask you to create an account.

We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, physical address, contacts, photos, videos, microphone recordings, camera data, health data, fitness data, precise location, coarse location, browsing history, or search history.

We do not show third-party ads and we do not use your data for advertising tracking.

2. Information Stored Locally on Your Device

The App may store the following information locally on your device:

• Focus sessions, including timer mode, duration, start time, end time, completion status, selected project, selected theme, and selected audio state.
• Project names and project ordering.
• App preferences, such as language selection, screen-awake preference, haptic feedback preference, focus timer settings, selected ambient theme, and selected ambient audio.
• History and statistics derived from your completed focus sessions.

This information is used to provide the App's core functionality, including focus timers, history, statistics, projects, ambient themes, and audio preferences.

This local App data is not sent to us or to our own servers. You can remove locally stored App data by deleting the App from your device. Some records may also be removable from inside the App where deletion features are provided.

3. Purchases and Subscriptions

Vibe Focus Flow offers optional paid features through in-app purchases and subscriptions.

Purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. We do not receive or store your payment card number, bank account information, or other payment method details.

The App uses RevenueCat to manage in-app purchase products, subscriptions, purchase restoration, and entitlement status. When you interact with paid features, RevenueCat may process information related to your purchase history and subscription status, such as product identifiers, entitlement status, transaction-related records, and an anonymous RevenueCat App User ID.
